Editor's Comment: After viewing a large number of web pages' obligatory listings of links
to other web pages, I have unilaterally decided on the above format as most efficient.
It uses a style I first saw on Christie Communications' web page (thanks, Carolla!).
I have modified it using what is called a Rotated Descriptor Index: A given web page may
have multiple entries - one for each major word in its official title,
and even one or several entries for its (major) topic(s). If anybody has a better system,
let me know....
