Robert Brentnall, President, CEO and co-founder of South Valley Internet.
Bob Brentnall established SVI in 1994 and has been the organization’s leader and guardian since its inception. With more than 20 years experience in telecommunications and data delivery services, Mr. Brentnall successfully transitioned the company from a traditional ISP to a technology-focused, IP-based communications company.
Prior to founding South Valley Internet Bob had a successful career as an Airline Pilot for Northwest Airlines from which he retired in 2001 as an Instructor Pilot and Captain on the Boeing 747. Brentnall also holds the rank of Colonel (Retired) in the United States Air Force and is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
Elise Brentnall, Vice President & COO
With more than 16 years of experience in technology you might say Elise grew up in the tech industry… and you’d be right. The daughter of founder Robert Brentnall, Elise joined SVI in 2002. Prior to joining the company Ms. Brentnall honed her business skills at various technology companies both large corporations and small start-ups such as Sun Microsystems. She was also a founding member and part of the Executive team at Eclectic Search Inc.
Elise is currently serving a 3-year term as a board member for the California ISP Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Slippery Rock University. Ms. Brentnall continues to study and expand her knowledge about technology trends and has acquired multiple technological certifications.
Robert Glover, Director of Information Services
Known by everyone at SVI as Bobby, Robert Glover became Director of Information Services in 2009. For the past six years Bobby has been responsible for all aspects of the Core Network. This includes ensuring that all of our Core Network systems are maintained.
Mr. Glover previously served as a Sr. System Administrator and Analyst for MessgeHero Incorporated, a pioneer in the unified messaging market; he reported directly to the company’s CTO and was a founding member of the corporation. Bobby has more than 13 years of experience in the communications industry with a body of knowledge that spans both data and telecom technologies.
Kathleen Drake, Customer Account Manager
Ms. Drake joined the SVI team in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative. Today, as Customer Account Manager, Kathleen is responsible for making sure our customers are happy. She does this by making sure that every SVI customer receives exceptional knowledge and support.
With 29 years of experience in Customer Service, Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position, to SVI and to our customers. Prior to joining SVI Kathleen worked for the San Jose Jet Center where she was responsible for maintaining customer relations and problem solving.
