Tammi, our first Terv, brought about the beginning of our LOVE of the Belgian Tervuren - she was very patient in teaching us the great values of the breed. She received her Championship taking the points in 7 out of 8 shows and had multiple Best-of- Breeds. Her CD was made in four trials with scores in the 190's. A rich mahogany coat with a sleek black overlay was eye- catching to all. She had full dentition.
A true part of our family, she accompanied us most places we went enjoying being our devoted companion. She was always ready to play Frisbee and to teach her favorite game to her friend, Jessi. A thrown large stick or small twig was a game to enjoy. Until now, she is our only Terv to carry two objects at a time.
Her love of life and play was summed up in her nickname - Taz (Tasmanian Devil) Dog. Tammi was a great admirer of people, especially children - a child at play was always under her "watchful eye". All animals (dog, cats, bunnies, etc.) were her friends. Said Tammi, "I never met a creature that I did not LOVE." We had 14 wonderful years with this marvelous companion.
