Re:       ENGLISH COLONY ESTATES (PSUB 2005 0454)

Dear Mr. Thompson and Ms. Lawrence:

I request that you add me to the official mailing list for “English Colony Estates” so that I can receive written notice of all public hearings and release of County documents on this proposed project.  Notices should be mailed to:

[add comments/opposition regarding project here, You can stress the rural lifestyle of the area, the large lots, most of which have lifestock. The zoning in the area next to the project being 10 acre minimum, the request for a trail to connect TRNR to Bickford Ranch or any other reason to keep English Colony Estates  a rural friendly development that permits livestock.  Let the folks moving into the development decide if they want an animal or two, not the developer. Make this section, your words why  this development should fit into the neighborhood.

I request that you retain this letter with these preliminary comments in the County file for this project.

I appreciate your consideration and attention to the above requests and comments.

Sincerely,

cc:   Supervisor Robert Weygandt, Supervisor Jim Holmes
