I just had to share the email that went along with these pictures of Ginger, Rusty & Lenny!

We forgot to ask, did Lenny come with a furniture allowance? Thought we'd update with the not so little dude's latest pics with his latest round of mischief. We were trying to remember if you said Lenny was the passive one or the naughty one when we chose him? Hope you are doing well with your recuperation. I hope you get a good chuckle out of the latest adventures of castastro-pup and canine companions. As you can see, Lenny enjoys the taste of our living room couch. Not, once, not twice but 5 separate occasions. Today we purchased new living room furniture to go along with the new furniture in the den. Yes the red sofa and chairs have been retired for more luxurious accommodations for the 3 special dogs. I guess Lenny believed that the living room needed the same kind of update as well and just wanted to make sure were aware of his wishes. Actually it seems to be Lenny's way of showing his displeasure if he does not get his morning walk and we do something else prior to his walk. NAUGHTY !!!!! I guess these pics won't be making it on Aussies do the darndest things now will they. But wait, there is more, of the 3 dogs, he is the smartest. He is the only dog that has figured out that the dog food is in the pantry and he can get to the bag when the door is open and feed himself. So we try to make sure that the door is now kept closed. Mary forgot to close it yesterday and took Annie to her bowling match, I was in the office at our house when I went out to make sure all the dogs were not into any trouble, with 2 accounted for I went looking for Lenny.....found him out in the back yard where he had dragged his bag of dog food and enjoying the sun and helping himself to a snack. I think the nickname of Mr. Sneakers is appropriate.

I hope you are laughing because we sure are. The continue to surprise us and we would not part with any of them, even the spawn of the devil! Lenny is getting much bigger, and he a very handsome dog. Rusty's coat is changing to winter coat so he is battling itchy skin but still just a real mellow passive guy. Ginger is ginger, happy to lay on the couch and watch TV all day except at feeding time and walk time. Lenny has improved to where he now realizes that after breakfast it is ok to jump up on the bed, as along as you go back to sleep and do not wake Mom before 6 AM.
